Electric Lifting Magnets are versatile tools used across various settings, including assembly lines, sorting machines, mechanical arms, and experimental facilities. It's important to note that factors such as prolonged operation, lower voltage, and unsuitable materials can reduce the magnet's force. For optimal performance and safety, it's advised to utilize the magnet at no more than 80% of its rated lifting capacity as indicated on the nameplate.
1. The object absorbed must be a good magnetic material.
2. The suction surface of the electromagnet must be smooth and clean.
3. The thickness of the object is 5mm at best.
4. The contact surface of the object must be larger than the adsorption surface of the electromagnet
