Rectangular Voice Coil Actuator is a type of linear actuator that operates on the same basic principles as a Flat Voice Coil Actuator but has a distinct rectangular coil configuration.
When an electric current flows through the rectangular voice coil, it interacts with the surrounding magnetic field, generating a Lorentz force perpendicular to both the magnetic field and the current direction. It allows for very fine adjustments and smooth, controlled motion. It also features fast response time and is capable of rapid movements due to the direct relationship between the current and the magnetic field.
