Half-Hump Magnet Introduction
Half-Hump Magnet is a separation system using magnetic plates. The magnetic plate is mainly composed of rare earth permanent magnets or ferrite permanent magnets according to customer requirements. The pipe box material is 304 or 316 stainless steel. The bevel is designed for the material to directly hit the magnetic plate, preventing the material from accumulating and forming bridges. It cracks the already agglomerated material, improving the separation efficiency. It has a simple structure and is easy to clean and install.
Half-Hump Magnet Applications
Half-Hump Magnet is used in closed production lines with limited height. It removes iron blocks, iron filings, and other ferromagnetic impurities in gravity flow or wind-conveyed materials. This process ensures the cleanliness of the materials before entering the warehouse and protects the safety of equipment in the next process.
