Cross Belt Magnetic Separator Introduction
Cross Belt Magnetic Separator features a compact structure, low noise, easy to maintain. It can automatically discard iron, saving costs. The working magnetic field comes from rare earth permanent magnets or ferrites instead of electromagnets, achieving energy-saving effects.
It adopts special sealed bearings and an automatic deviation-correcting belt design to adapt to long-term work in harsh environments. The unique armored belt design can effectively prevent damage to the belt by sharp ferromagnetic impurities, extend its service life, and save corresponding costs.
The SWPMR series magnetic separator using rare earth permanent magnets has the characteristics of high magnetic field gradient, stable magnetic field, and strong suction force. It can continuously and effectively remove iron impurities weighing 0.1KG-35KG, and even remove ferromagnetic substances deeply buried in the material.
