Voice Coil Linear Rotary Actuator Introduction

ZR Series Linear-Rotary Voice Coil Motor features a compact design with high torque output, thanks to an innovative core structure that minimizes adapters and reduces overall volume. Its optimized transmission system improves efficiency by simplifying mechanical links and eliminating performance bottlenecks. With support for industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT and RS485, along with I/O control and flexible multi-surface mounting options, it adapts easily to various application scenarios. High-precision, low-latency position sensors enhance resolution and real-time responsiveness, while anti-backlash technology and model-based compensation ensure exceptional positioning accuracy.

The system supports fast 2-minute configuration via intuitive software and benefits from integrated drive-control technology, eliminating the need for complex wiring. Advanced nonlinear force control, adaptive friction identification, and current/velocity observers further boost mechanical model accuracy.
