ZR Series Linear-Rotary Voice Coil Motor delivers a compact form factor combined with high torque performance, enabled by an innovative core design that reduces the need for adapters and minimizes structural volume. Its refined transmission architecture enhances efficiency by streamlining mechanical components and eliminating common performance bottlenecks. Supporting industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT and RS485, along with I/O control and versatile multi-surface mounting options, the motor is highly adaptable across a range of industrial applications. Equipped with high-resolution, low-latency position sensors, it achieves excellent real-time responsiveness, while anti-backlash mechanisms and model-based compensation technologies ensure superior positioning precision.
The system allows for rapid configuration in just two minutes via user-friendly software and benefits from an integrated drive-control design that simplifies installation by removing the need for complicated wiring.
