Voice Coil Linear Rotary Actuator Introduction

ZR Series Linear-Rotary Voice Coil Motor combines a compact design with powerful torque output, thanks to its innovative core structure that minimizes adapter requirements and reduces overall size. The motor’s optimized transmission system simplifies mechanical components, improving efficiency and eliminating performance bottlenecks. Supporting industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT and RS485, along with I/O control and versatile mounting options, it offers exceptional flexibility for a wide range of industrial applications.

Equipped with high-resolution, low-latency position sensors, the motor provides superior real-time responsiveness. Its anti-backlash mechanisms and model-based compensation guarantee exceptional positioning accuracy. The system is easy to configure with user-friendly software, allowing full setup in just two minutes. The integrated drive-control system simplifies installation by eliminating the need for complex wiring.
